Wellness coaching involves analyzing your current lifestyle habits and creating a simple actionable plan to improve your overall well being. When it comes to their health I find many people implement strategies that are too complicated or rely entirely too much on willpower. I like to shift the focus to adding small consistent actions that have a domino effect and elicit lasting change.
Key Concepts:
We assess nutrition, sleep, stress levels and exercise to create clear obtainable goals.
We focus on what we can add rather than what we can take away. Restriction is not a sustainable strategy.
We keep goals action based and achievable. We focus on strategies that work for you and create success.
Weekly check-ins are used for accountability.
